Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars is a document discovered on July 7, 1986 by ex-Navy Intelligence officer, William Cooper, turned whistleblower, and author of Behold a Pale Horse. Cooper found it in a used IBM copier he bought at a Boeing surplus sale. I stumbled upon Cooper’s book after years of investigating mind blowing technologies that screamed silent weapons, though I had never heard the term. I could not ignore this document. Upon finding more and more patents, declassified CIA and FBI documents and FOIA releases, the validity of this document was solidified, in my mind. Although it has stirred much controversy and denial, and has been labeled a conspiracy theory by some, it makes perfect sense to me. Another document I found cemented this information; the NASA Future Strategic Issues/FutureWarfare, dated July 31, 2013. Dennis M. Bushnell is a NASA scientist responsible for Future Strategic Issues/Future Warfare [Circa 2025] As chief scientist at NASA, Bushnell is responsible for technical oversight and advanced program formulation, and has received numerous awards for his work.
The Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars document reflects the methods and goals that evolved from the Operations Research strategy and tactical methodology, developed under military management during World War II. The original purpose of Operations Research was to study the strategic and tactical problems of air and land defense, with the objective of effective use of limited military resources against foreign enemies. It was soon recognized by those in positions of power that the same methods would be useful for totally controlling a society, but better tools would be necessary.
The first page reads: “TOP SECRET / An Introductory Programming Manual/Operations Research/Technical Manual/TM-SW7905.1”. The page continues, “It is patently impossible to discuss social engineering or the automation of a society, i.e., the engineering of social automation systems (silent weapons) on a national or worldwide scale without implying extensive objectives of social control and destruction of human life, i.e., slavery and genocide.” “This manual is in itself an analog declaration of intent. Such a writing must be secured from public scrutiny. Otherwise, it might be recognized as a technically formal declaration of domestic war. Furthermore, whenever any person or group of persons in positions of great power, and without full knowledge and consent of the public, uses such knowledge and methodologies for economic conquest–it must be understood that a state of domestic warfare exists between said person or group of persons and the public.” (Full document and narrated video in Sources below.)
Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars describes the system, the philosophy and the tools of a Technocracy, and tells of a Third World War, with strategies and weaponry that few will realize even exist. This system is based on Energy, recognized as all resources on earth, including humans, and activity. It is to have a technocratic governing network and be run by technological experts. Howard Scott founded the technocracy movement and the term Technocracy in the 1930s. Scott proposed that money be replaced by energy certificates, denominated in units equivalent to a national net energy budget, and then distributed equally among the population. We have seen mentions of Universal Basic Income, or Global basic income income , the concept of giving everyone in the world a guaranteed minimum sum of money/credits on a regular basis.
Technocracy uses the application of the scientific method to solve societal problems, just as this document describes. It uses electric models and mechanisms applied to resources, society, industry and government. It uses sustainability of resources instead of monetary profitability, to ensure continued operation of all social-industrial-government-banking functions. Humanity is viewed as a technical or engineering problem, using the science of control over every aspect of human life. The system is based on the energy of everything, with a controlled society required for the energy based system to work. This screams Internet of Things (IoT), connected to the SMART grid with our SMART devices/appliances, your SMART earbuds. Did you know that SMART is a military term? Yep…Secret Military Armaments in Residential Tech! There are many electrical diagrams included in this document, showing how all things function under the energy system.
One necessary tool needed was a high speed computerized system for gathering great amounts of constantly changing data from the masses. The Relay computers were being used during the late 1930s to early 1950, but were too slow. With Presper Eckert and John Mauchly’s 1946 invention of the electronic computer the goals could be realized. An important breakthrough of the Simplex method of linear programming in 1947 was yet another addition to their arsenal. In 1948, the invention of the transistor offered great expansion by reducing space and power requirements. With these three inventions, the controllers believed they could dominate the whole world with the push of a button.
It was only a matter of time before the general public could upset their apple cart, so something had to be done about that. In 1947, the Rockefellers got in on the ground floor, making a four year grant to Harvard to fund a research project, “Study of the Structure of American Economy”. A year later the US Air Force joined in. To determine the next phase of their much needed social operations research a high-level meeting of the “Elite” found the Harvard study had been fruitful, but more work was needed. The publication of some of its results were released in 1953, suggesting Social Engineering as one form of control over the masses. In 1954 the Quiet War was secretly declared at the first Bilderberg meeting.
A silent weapon system operates upon data obtained from an unsuspecting, docile public by legal, but not always lawful, force. Much information is made available to silent weapon systems programmers through the Internal Revenue Service. This information consists of the enforced delivery of well-organized data contained in federal and state tax forms. The number of such forms submitted to the IRS is a useful indicator of implied public consent. (Other data sources are given in the Short List of Input.) Psychological basis: When the government is able to collect tax and seize private property without just compensation, it is an indication that the public is ripe for surrender and is consenting to enslavement and legal encroachment. A good and easily quantified indicator of harvest time is the number of public citizens who pay income tax despite an obvious lack of reciprocal or honest service from the government. The Harvard study showed that science is just a means to an end. In this context, the means is knowledge and the end is control, and the issue was “who will be the beneficiary?” The issue of natural selection was raised, with the belief that a nation of people who would not use their intelligence were “no better than an animal, beasts of burden, no better than steaks on the tablet.” The ultimate objective was to “permanently shift the wealth of the “undisciplined and irresponsible masses to the responsible, self-disciplined worthy few”. To reach a totally predictable economy they believed the “low-class element of society must be brought under control, housebroken… for long-term social duties, from an early age, before being able to question…”. To accomplish this, they believed “the family unit must be disintegrated”. (A goal of the United Nations Sustainable Development program.) Using an “increase of preoccupation and government-operated day care centers for occupationally orphaned children… the quality of education given to the lower class must be of the poorest sort so that the ignorance isolating most of the inferior class from the superior class is and remains incomprehensible to the inferior class.”
To accomplish these necessary objectives they needed to: “create, secure and apply a class of weapons so subtle and sophisticated in their principle and operation, and in the public appearance, to earn the term Silent Weapons.” This system “is silent and works gradually so the public does not realize what is happening”. “Experience has proven that the simplest method of securing a silent weapon, and gaining control of the public is to keep the public undisciplined and ignorant of basic systems’ principles on the one hand while keeping them confused, disorganized and distracted with matters of no real importance on the other hand. This is achieved by:
- Disengaging their minds, sabotaging their mental activities by providing low quality programs of public education in mathematics, logic, systems design, economics and by discouraging technical creativity.
- Engaging their emotions, increasing their self-indulgence and their indulgence in emotional activities by:
- Unrelenting emotional affirmations and attacks (mental and emotional rape) by way of a constant barrage of sex, violence and wars in the media–especially the TV and newspapers.
- Giving them what they desire in excess–’junk food for thought’–and depriving them of what they really need.
- Rewriting history and law and subjecting the public to the deviant creation, thus being able to shift their thinking needs from personal to highly fabricated outside priorities.
“These preclude their interest in, and discovery of, silent weapons of social automation technology. The General Rule is that there is profit in confusion; the more confusion, the more profit. Therefore, the best approach is to create problems, and then offer the solutions.” Folks, this is the Hegelian Dialectic we hear so often. They create the problem…to obtain the pre-planned public reaction…so the prerequisite solution is offered… and the masses will be begging for whatever solution is offered! Cybernetics: In his 1950 book, The Human Use of Human Beings: Cybernetics and Society, Norbert Wiener coined the word cybernetics, from the Greek word for “steersman” or “the scientific study of control and communication in the animal and the machine.” The cybernetic theory is that the human mind can be understood as an artificial construct that can be mechanically analyzed; modeled; broken into components; back-engineered; and programmed. This moved Sociocybernetics technologies forward. R. F. Geyer and J. van der Zouwen published Sociocybernetics, with the goal of a “race to acquire and advance brain technology”. Sociocybernetics importantly described “a feed-back loop that is needed for social science problems, with an emphasis on societal engineering of reconceptualization that society must accept without challenge”. The idea that social evolution could be sped along by mechanical intervention established the need for experts to handle human problems.
Neuroscientists had learned early that the brain is essentially an electrical device, and is indeed hackable and programmable. Researchers say that “the brain is like plastic.” With every experience, areas in the brain change by adding a tiny fraction of neural circuitry and eliminating the old. The brain circuitry is constantly changing due to a constantly changing world of experience. To influence attitudes, practices and societal behavior on a large scale, and to produce the desired outcomes for change. Social Engineering became social manipulation, what it is today. Social engineers use the scientific method and computers to analyze and understand social systems for designing appropriate methods to achieve the desired goals within a society. Norbert Wiener’s Cybernetics examined the process of control of the human brain, giving us a chilling reminder of the dangers of totalitarian societies.
Social Engineering: The analysis and automation of a society that requires the correlation of great amounts of constantly changing data. A high-speed computerized data-processing system was necessary which could race ahead of society and predict when society would arrive for capitulation. Social engineering tactics are particularly sneaky since they rely on human emotion and emotional thinking to sway public opinion that supports the objective.
A habitual method of social engineering is the media release of only select facts, with misinformation to support the goal. Another is the use of rhetoric, or positive verbiage linking an unpopular objective. A favorable spin produces a wider acceptance than the actual term of the negative goal i.e., Pro-Choice instead of Pro-Abortion. Other slogans or phrases are used to manipulate the public, like “its to protect children”. Establishing certain phrases sways and alters mass consciousness and influences behaviors. In July, 2020 they admitted “experts to change behavior”…: “to convince the holdouts and skeptics to cover their faces, Bloomberg News turned to experts in an industry that’s all about changing people’s behavior: advertising.” https://www.bloombergquint.com/onweb/how-to-get-people-to-wear-a-mask-memes-images-and-ads-say-this Notice the slogan: “Protect America. Wear It For Your Mother”, morally patriotic and emotionally sweet as American pie! Reframing the public mindset ensures new societal ideas and behaviors become the norm, i.e. “Social Distancing.” Subliminal promotion of their convictions with euphonious slogans like “Green New Deal”, hides the true goal of the issue. Importantly, most things being sold as “peace and safety” usually backfire on the public, like the Patriot Act. Social engineering can also be accomplished on a structured basis with Psyop operations, for formalized social engineering tactics, i.e., place within society the mindset of relinquishing guns, by triggering “Manchurian Candidates” to perform mass shootings. Manipulation of society can also take the form of fake newscasts that appear to be real news stories but are actually government sponsored propaganda. Last year, ABC aired footage framed as a battle between Turkey and Syria. It was actually footage of a demonstration at the Knob Creek Gun Range in West Point, Kentucky. ABC apologized for the “error”, as often happens when corporate media is caught lying. ABC apologizes for mistaking Kentucky gun range video for Turkish bombing of Syria . The main objective is to get the public to think emotionally, not logically.
William H. Whyte coined the term Groupthink, but it was Irving Janus who did considerable research on it in the 1970s. Janis was a research psychologist at Yale University. His theory of Groupthink described the systematic errors made by groups when making collective decisions, thus producing irrational or dysfunctional decision-making. The most obscure, yet influential social engineering and mind control group is the Tavistock Institute in London. The Tavistock Institute produced many Groupthink centers in America, as well as social engineers like Sigmund Freud’s nephew Edward Bernays. Bernays was a genius of human emotion, and is credited with the creation of the “All American Breakfast”, to include pork…funded by the pig farmers and slaughterhouses.
The cigarette industry hired Bernays to increase sales. Bernays paid debutantes, wearing their Easter finery to march in the 1928 NYC Easter Parade, while smoking their “Torches of Freedom for Emancipation and Equality”. More cigarettes were sold, and American women’s minds became focused on the Women’s Rights Movement, leading the family towards dissolution–a stated goal of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development. Womens Lib was kicked into high gear in the 1960s-1970s when women became convinced that they would have that “emancipation and equality” by entering the workforce. More money was spent on clothes, 2nd cars, bigger homes…and taxes. Due to time and energy constraints, moms were quitting the PTA and became less involved in their kids’ activities. Family, local politics and world issues took a back seat. Life became hectic and feelings of guilt set in, giving the kiddos more goodies and TV as their babysitter. Divorce, free love and abortion became acceptable, and single parenting and Latchkey Kids entered the fray. Everyone was working for the weekend, and for Uncle Sam. Yet, women are still trying to break that glass ceiling of equality. What about emancipation? A look at American society now reflects that this movement did not have ideal outcomes for women nor their family, again Groupthink did not pay off. Or, maybe it did… for Uncle Sam and the controllers, just as planned. This is Social Engineering, a powerful tool of many social movements around the world.
The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government, which is the true ruling power of our country. We are governed, our minds are molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. We are dominated by a relatively small number of persons…who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. Propaganda: Control of the media industry, and the messages are major tools of this quiet war. As we head deeper into the new frontier of the government-techno-military-banker-corporate network, we can see they are all enmeshed with each other and pushing the same agendas. At times, confusion and discord are thrown out to distract and entertain the masses–diverting our attention, as stated in Silent Weapons. Regarding diversion and concealment of the quiet war: “The speed with which they can communicate warning will largely depend on how effective we have been at controlling the media…” If you saw my report, the Jewish Conspiracy is Not Jewish, you may remember that the House of Rothschild bought Reuters news service in the 1800’s, then Reuters bought the Associated Press 30+ years ago–the two largest wire services in the world. The Rothschilds have control of all three major US Networks, and many cable networks have merged under their companies’ control, along with facets of other media including the recording industry. The warning has not spread far. For the most part, the masses are totally oblivious to this quiet war. The media has effectively accomplished this goal.
President Obama nullified the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 by signing the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (Section 1078) on December 29, 2012… signed at night, during the holidays, thus keeping the public unaware. This authorized the use of propaganda, and the media was reclassified as “Entertainment.” This did away with any protection we had, resulting in thousands of hours per week of government-funded (tax-payer) radio and TV propaganda. But American media propaganda did not start in 2013…
Operation Mockingbird began in 1948, and was a major US CIA propaganda campaign. As shown in declassified CIA documents, Mockingbird’s secret campaign was established by Allen Dulles and controlled by the CIA to influence public opinion. In 1948, the Marshall Plan was instituted to help devastated Europe recover from the war. To run Mockingbird, the CIA siphoned funds from Marshall to create the Office of Policy Coordination; the covert CIA operations wing located in a high security facility under Lake Geneva, Switzerland. Mockingbird was one of the most sensitive of CIA’s operations, with recruitment of journalists and intelligence officers to spread propaganda. The existence of the program was flatly denied until the mid-1970s investigative committee of Frank Church uncovered evidence concerning Mockingbird. This Church Committee quote concluded accurately and reflects the problems associated with Mockingbird: “In examining the CIA’s past and present use of the media, the Committee finds two reasons for concern. The first is the potential inherent in covert media operations for manipulating or misleading the American public. The second is the damage to the credibility and independence of a free press which may be caused by covert relationships with the US journalists and media organizations.” Providing cover to CIA agents was a part of the New York Times policy, set by their late publisher, Arthur Hays Salzberger. Strong ties with major media chiefs were formed, like William Paley of CBS. Carl Bernstein, the reporter that investigated the Watergate scandal, lists The New York Times, CBS and Time as the most productive media relationships the CIA ever cultivated. Among others that helped the propaganda efforts were the Associated Press, Newsweek, and The Miami Herald.
One declassified CIA document states: “Get books published without revealing any US influence by covertly subsidizing publicans or booksellers… regardless of commercial viability”. The CIA funded magazines, authors and movies, and went as far as writing scripts for Hollywood. The CIA funded the movie version of George Orwell’s Animal Farm. It had large commercial success, but the CIA’s problem was that Orwell was a socialist, and his book attacked both capitalism and communism. To avoid this, the CIA re-wrote the script to portray capitalism in a more positive light. The Church Committee found that over 1000 books were published and over 400 journalists participated.
The CIA claimed that Mockingbird ended in 1976, as the public was quite incensed with the Church Committee revelations. Some investigative journalists report that it did not end as claimed. Today, media executives and journalists are careful to keep their CIA connections secret, yet there is plenty of evidence these techniques are still in operation. The correspondent that blew CNN’s cover was Amber Lyon, formerly employed by CNN as an “award winning reporter.” Lyon claimed that CNN “is paid by the USG for reporting on some events, and not reporting on others.” Lyon also said that “CNN is a tool for the Administration to manipulate the information given to the American public.” Will Trump Reinstate the Smith-Mundt Act Obama Repealed And Once Again Ban State Sponsored Propaganda?

Silent Weapons of Economics: The Harvard study was an extension of WWII Operations Research, aiming to discover scientific methods of controlling the American economy, and eventually the world economy. With sufficient amounts of mathematical data, it would be “easy to predict and control the trajectory of the projectile, transforming the economy into a guided missile”. According to this study, an ideal industry was described as a “device that receives value from other industries in several forms and converts it into one specific product for sale and distribution in other industries, with several inputs and outputs”. Or, an industrial complex under one roof. Another aim of the Harvard study was to find the economic structure of what forces change the structure, how the behavior of the structure can be predicted and manipulated. They found that economies obeyed the same laws as electricity; that all mathematical theories, practices and computer knowledge, developed for the electric field could be applied to economics systems. This discovery was kept secret, and it’s more subtle implications closely guarded, as the economic model of a human life is assured in dollars. Silent Weapons gave the term “E Model” for a national economy consisting of simultaneous flows of production, distribution, consumption and investment. If all of these elements, including labor and human function, are assigned a numerical value in like units of measure, then the flow can be represented by an electric circuit’s current flow, and its behavior can be predicted and manipulated. Capacitor, reducer and inducer mechanisms of electricity can be applied to the energy components of an economic system. Many diagrams of the E Model are in the document.
One hurdle the theoretical economists faced was the accurate description of households as an industry. A challenge because consumer purchases are a choice, determined by income, price and various economic factors. According to Silent Weapons, “shock testing is used to gauge how society is accepting or rejecting certain issues… determines the current technical coefficients of households.”
In economic engineering, using shock testing of a specific commodity, the prices or availability are “shocked” and the consumer reaction is monitored, interpreted by computers, and a predictable state of motion–or change, is discovered. Example, a group of households in a certain region, or even a whole nation, is shock tested. A specific commodity is carefully selected for a significant and sudden price or availability change. The “shockwaves” are observed by monitoring changes in advertising, prices, and sales of that specific item. Then other related commodities purchases are monitored, think toilet paper versus kleenex. By kicking everyone’s budget and buying habits out the window, they observe how the public spends, or doesn’t spend, after the shock test. According to the document, “the objective of such studies is to acquire the know-how to set the public economy into a predictable state of motion, even a controlled destructive state which will convince the public that certain experts should take control of the money system, to reestablish security rather than liberty and justice for all”. With the reaction of the group of households, future shocks can be predicted and manipulated. In addition to commodities being shock tested, labor and services can be as well, especially in critical areas like medical services, utilities, trucking and the supply chain. They found that there is a direct correlation between availability of money flowing in an economy and the psychological outlook dependent upon availability. When critical services are used as shock tests, psychological and economic outcomes are predicted. Was a shock test performed using both a commodity and a critical service earlier this year? Mathematical theory is applied to program computers for predicting the most likely outcomes of shock tests, in hopes to “bring about complete control and subjugation of the masses through a subversion of the public economy by shaking a plum tree”. The objective is to have everyone under their control through knowledge of personal preference, i.e., using computer monitoring of things like online shopping and the UPC codes associated with individuals’ debit/credit cards, having the stated goal of everyone sporting an invisible tattoo. When society becomes well-regulated and under the control of the social bookkeeping system, the belief is that citizens will become enslaved as a source of cheap labor.
A low-energy policy allows for a wide choice of life-styles and cultures. If, on the other hand, a society opts for high energy consumption, its social relations must be dictated by Technocracy and will be equally degrading whether labeled capitalist or socialist. ~Ivan Illich
The Sentient World Simulation (SWS) is a mind blowing system, which began March 10, 2006 and runs from Purdue University’s Synthetic Environment for Analysis and Simulation Laboratory. SWS is one of the ongoing projects run by US secret agencies and the NSA. This 9-page PDF draft document released by Purdue describes the project in adequate detail. This simulation has taken spying that Snowden publicized a huge step further!
The SWS simulates every person on earth, taking our personalities, purchases, social media, data collected from SMART devices (and more) into account in a parallel virtual world. By gathering enough intelligence, SWS is capable of producing realistic simulations of various scenarios such as: natural disasters, pandemics, foreign and domestic attacks, resource shortages, and economic trends. The program utilizes the information from colossal databases to create hypothetical situations, predict possible outcomes, and test the effectiveness of various responses to the issue. The SWS has amassed databases full of our information, so profound the SWS can now look deeply into every individual’s life. The SWS can predict the individual’s future actions, future behaviors and even their emotions to engineered, real world scenarios, with relative accuracy. This data is used against the SWS virtual world predictions.
The ultimate goal envisioned by Alok R. Chaturvedi was for the SWS to be a “continuously running, continually updated mirror model of the real world that can be used to predict and evaluate future events and courses of action.” This system is most likely more than the technocrats could have hoped for, and it is incredibly intrusive, which should raise many ethical concerns…if only more people were aware of its existence! Technocratic Governments: What Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars is describing is a Technocracy, controlled by the “elite”. In The Technocratic Image and the Theory of Technocracy, John G. Gunnell presciently writes: “…politics is increasingly subject to the influence of technological change”, with specific reference to the advent of The Long Boom and the genesis of the Internet, following the 1973-1975 Recession. Gunnel adds three levels of analysis that delineate technology’s political influence: 1) “political power tends to gravitate towards technological elites; 2) technology has become autonomous and thus impenetrable by political structures; and 3) technology (and science) constitute a new legitimizing ideology, as well as triumphing over tribalism, nationalism, the crusading spirit in religion, bigotry, censorship, racism, persecution, immigration and emigration restrictions, tariffs, and chauvinism”. In each of the three analytical levels, Gunnell foretells of technology’s infiltration of political processes, and suggests that the entanglement of technology and politics will inevitably produce power concentrations around those with advanced technological training, namely the technocrats. Forty years after the publication of Gunnell’s writings, technology and government have become increasingly intertwined.
In the Economist article Technocrats – Minds like machines | International it is stated that Singapore is perhaps the best advertisement for technocracy: “the political and expert components of the governing system there seem to have merged completely.”
In 2013, a European Union library briefing on its legislative structure referred to the Commission as a “technocratic authority”, holding “legislative monopoly” over the EU law making process. The briefing suggests that this system, which relegates the European Parliament to a vetoing and amending body, was “originally rooted in the mistrust of the political process in post-war Europe”. This system is unusual, since the Commission’s sole right of legislative initiative is a power associated with Parliaments.
Several governments in European parliamentary democracies have been labeled ‘technocratic’ based on the participation of unelected experts (technocrats) in prominent positions. Since the 1990s, Italy has had several such governments in times of economic or political crisis, including the formation in which economist Mario Monti presided over a cabinet of unelected professionals. The term ‘technocratic’ has been applied to governments where a cabinet of elected professional politicians is led by an unelected prime minister, such as in the cases of the 2011-2012 Greek government led by economist Lucas Papademos, and the Czech Republic’s 2009–2010 caretaker government presided over by the state’s chief statistician, Jan Fischer.
Leaders of the Communist Party of China used to be mostly professional engineers. As a result of surveying the mayor and governor of a city with a population of 1 million or more in China, more than 80% often had a technical background in education. The Five-year plans of the People’s Republic of China have enabled them to plan ahead in a technocratic fashion to build projects such as the National Trunk Highway System and the China high-speed rail system.
The former government of the Soviet Union has been referred to as a technocracy. Soviet leaders like Leonid Brezhnev often had a technical background in education; in 1986, 89% of Politburo members were engineers.
The technetronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled and directed society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite whose claim to political power would rest on allegedly superior scientific know-how. Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values, this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior and keeping society under close surveillance and control. ~Patrick Wood, Technocracy Rising
Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR): The early history of the Tavistock Institute overlaps with that of the Tavistock Clinic because many of the staff from the Clinic worked on new, large-scale projects during World War II, and it was as a result of this work that the Institute was created. During the war, staff from the Tavistock Clinic played key roles in British Army psychiatry. Working with colleagues in the Royal Army Medical Corps and the British Army, they were responsible for innovations such as War Office Selection Boards and also worked on psychological warfare. The groups that formed around Tavistock were fascinated by this work and sought to continue research after the war, in various countries. Influential figures had visited the WOSBs during the war, so there was scope for consultancy work, but the Clinic staff also planned to become a part of the National Health Service when it was established, and they had been warned that such consultancy and research would not be possible under the auspices of the NHS. Because of this, the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations was created in 1947 to carry out organisational research when the Clinic was incorporated into the NHS.
In the early years of the TIHR, income was derived from research grants, contract work, and fees for courses. The Rockefeller Foundation awarded a significant grant that facilitated the creation of the TIHR. Grants from the Charles F. Kettering Foundation, Ford Foundation, and many others, have helped establish Tavistock modeled think tanks and organizations in the US since at least 1947.
During the 1950s and 1960s, the TIHR carried out a number of signature projects in collaboration with major manufacturing companies including Unilever, Shell and Bayer. TIHR’s early years created four main units: Programme Groups A and B within a Committee on Human Resources; Organisation and Social Change and Operations Research Unit; and a Committee on Family and Community Psychiatry. Particular focuses included management, women in the workplace, and the adoption (or rejection) of new technologies. Projects on the interaction between people and technology later became known as the sociotechnical approach. The Self Help Alliance project, begun in the 1980s, led to further work in evaluation and the creation of a dedicated unit, the Evaluation Development Review Unit in 1990.
Many of the members of the Tavistock Institute went on to play major roles in psychology. John Rawlings Rees became the first president of the World Federation for Mental Health. Jock Sutherland became director of the new post-war Tavistock Clinic, when it was incorporated into the newly established British National Health Service in 1946. Ronald Hargreaves became deputy director of the World Health Organization. One of the most influential figures to emerge from the Institute was the psychoanalyst Isabel Menzies Lyth. Her seminal paper ‘A case study in the functioning of social systems as a defence against anxiety’ (1959) inspired a whole branch of organisational theory emphasising unconscious forces that shape organizational life. Eric Miller became director of the Group Relation Program in 1969, and in this function he later developed the design of the Nazareth-Conferences. The Tavistock Institute became known as a major proponent for psychoanalysis and the psychodynamic theories of Sigmund Freud and his followers. Other names associated with Tavistock include Melanie Klein, J. A. Hadfield, Samuel Beckett, Charles Rycroft, and Carl Gustav Jung.
National Training Laboratories (NTL): This key sub-group of The Tavistock Institute began in the US in 1947 by German Tavistock operative Kurt Lewin, who emigrated to the US in the 1930s. The nuts and bolts of the NTL operations revolve around the Tavistock psychology known as Group Dynamics, or Groupthink, developed by Kurt Lewin. In a Lewinian brainwashing group, a number of individuals from varying backgrounds are manipulated by the group leader to form a consensus of opinion. The key to the process is a closed and controlled environment where stress is introduced, sometimes called dissonance, to crack the participants’ belief structure. Using peer pressure from group members, the individual is “cracked,” and a new personality emerges with new values. The degrading experience causes the person to deny that any change has taken place, that the individual was brainwashed without knowing what happened.
NTL’s explicit purpose is the brainwashing of USG leaders, educational institutions, and corporate executives in the Tavistock method. From the mid-1950s, NTL has been modifying the minds of the majority of the nation’s leaders through brainwashing programs, and running similar programs for the State Department, the Navy, the Department of Education (DOE), and other sections of the federal government.
One influential group that went through the NTL process in the 1950s was the leadership of the National Education Association (NEA), the largest organization of teachers in the US. Thus, the NEA’s outlook has been “shaped” by Tavistock through the NTL. In 1964, the NTL Institute became a direct part of the NEA, with funding from the DOE. The NTL drafts the programs for training our nation’s primary and secondary school teachers, and develops the content of educational reforms. There is no firm estimate of the number of Americans who have gone through this process in the last 60-70 years. The most reliable estimate is in the several millions. Just a few notable institutions:
Institute for Policy Studies (IPS): IPS has shaped and reshaped US policies, foreign and domestic, and is one of the “Big Three” Tavistock institutions. IPS was incorporated in 1963 by two highly trained Tavistock graduates, Marcus Raskin and Richard Barnett. The group was bolstered by Bertrand Russell and the British Socialists through its networks in America, including the League for Industrial Democracy. Most of the funding came from Rothschild and associates; the Warburg Family, the Stern Family Foundation and the Samuel Rubin Foundation. Samuel Rubin was a registered member of the Communist Party who stole the Faberge name (Faberge was “Jeweler of the Imperial Russian Court”) and made a fortune out of the Faberge name.
The objectives of IPS came from an agenda laid down by the British Round Table, which their agenda, in turn, came from the Tavistock Institute. This is one of the most notable groups to create the “New Left” movement in the US. IPS engenders strife and unrest and spreads chaos, promotes “ideals” of nihilistic socialism. Through its network of powerful lobbying groups acting on Capitol Hill, IPS uses its muscle to sway Representatives and Senators to vote for “the way things should be going.” By using key point men on Capitol Hill, IPS was able to break into the very infrastructure of our legislative system and influence the way it works. The Institute For The Future: Co-funded by the Ford Foundation. This institute projects what needs to be changed within a time frame of 50 years. “DELPHI PANELS” decide what is normal and what is not, and prepares position papers to steer the USG in the direction to head off alliances such as patriotic groups demanding Constitutional rights. This institute steers legislation to teach birth control, sex ed, gay agendas and Satanism in public schools.
Brookings Institute: Dedicated to the “National Agenda.” Brookings wrote President Roosevelt’s “New Deal,” the Kennedy Administration’s “New Frontiers”, and President Johnson’s “Great Society.” Brookings has been telling the USG how to conduct its affairs for the past 70 years and is still doing so on behalf of the Committee of 300
Stanford Research Institute: Described as one of the “jewels” in the Tavistock crown in its rule over Social Engineering. Founded in 1946 with the emphasis on mind control research and “future sciences.” Included under the Stanford umbrella was Charles F. Kettering Foundation which developed the “Changing Images of Man,” upon which the Aquarian Conspiracy rests.
University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Finance & Commerce: Was founded by Eric Trist, an expert in Tavistock techniques. Wharton has become one of the most important Tavistock organizations, as far as behavioral research is concerned. Wharton attracts clients such as the US Department of Labor, which teaches how to produce “cooked” statistics. This method was in demand as 1991 saw millions more people out of work than was reported in the USDL statistics. Wharton’s ECONOMETRIC MODELING is used by every major Committee of 300 company in the US, Western Europe, by the International Monetary Fund, the United Nations, and the World Bank.

While propaganda and disinformation have played important roles in bringing Americans to heel, mind control holds its future. It is not surprising that under the label of National Security the Technocracy should seek to control minds. Nor can it come as a surprise that they should develop efficient methods of mind control. But that the legal machinery of the Constitution should be so fouled, by the practitioners of psycho-politics, that it can only be experienced with the outrage one feels in the case of rape. Would you now agree with my assessment, and strong assertion, that Propaganda and Social Engineering are great tools for mind control? And are among the most powerful Silent Weapons, EVER? So what can we do about it? Become cognizant they exist and are being practiced on humanity every day. I’ve been learning about them for a very, VERY long time, yet have come across so few that are aware. After you study Part II, I believe you will understand how big this beast is and realize what we, and especially our progeny, are up against. Teach them the truth of the matter, and caution them of the ever present mind control devices at work that are being used to steer us in a direction that is not beneficent.
All of these tactics affect most of society, even those of us out in front of it. I see deceptions in various forms of the media every day! And I guard my mind daily, but still fall prey to some false issues and events being sold as real. It is vital to gain an understanding and reflect upon the practices being used. Studies show we humans use only a fraction of our brain power. Begin here with what I’ve shared and start exercising that magnificent part of you. Please do your own research, there’s sooo much more.
